Four Kinds of Processing Methods of Plastic Bottles

Ⅰ. High-quality plastic bottles are widely used

Plastic bottles are widely loved by customers and distributors because of their light weight, portability, drop resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. Plastic bottles have become an important part of our daily lives. Beverages, food, pickles, and honey have been included in the plastic bottle industry, and even medical packagings are gradually being monopolized by plastic bottles.

Ⅱ. Four ways to process high-quality plastic bottles

1. Compression modeling

Compression molding is used for phenolic resins and unsaturated polyester resins; thermosetting plastic molding is the first step of plastic bottle processing technology for empty plastic bottle suppliers.

2. Plastic extrusion

Plastic extrusion, also known as extrusion molding, is a molding method that uses an extruder to heat the resin through a mold to extrude.

It has the advantages of extruding products of various shapes, high production efficiency, automation and continuous production.

The disadvantage is that thermosetting plastics cannot be widely used in this process because the product size is prone to deviation.

3. Injection molding

Injection molding is a method of using an injection molding machine to inject thermoplastic melt into a mold under high pressure for cooling and solidification.

The advantages of injection molding are fast production speed, high efficiency, and the operation can be automated; it can mold complex parts and is particularly suitable for mass production. The disadvantage is that the cost of equipment and molds is high, not to mention that the injection molding machine is not easy to clean.

4. Blow molding

Blow molding is also called hollow blow molding. This is a method that uses the pressure of compressed air to seal the hot resin mold blank in the mold to make a hollow product.

This blow molding includes two methods: blown film and blown hollow products. Blow molding is mainly used for the production of film products, various high-quality plastic bottles, barrels, etc.
